Mark Innocenzi Mark Innocenzi is a principal at Axia Limited. He joined the firm after 21 years of management experience with specific expertise in crisis and turnaround restructuring, international market penetration, sales force deployment, brand positioning, ad agency management, cash flow enhancement and strategic alliances/joint ventures.
Since joining Axia, Mark has helped to restructure the go-to-market processes for leading consumer products businesses, conducted sales and marketing focused due diligence, and worked with a leading Italian food manufacturer interested in penetrating the US market.
Prior to joining Axia, Mark was president and general manager of Pfizer's Adams division consumer products business in Italy. Previously, he served as vice president of marketing for Adams USA and spent five years with Pfizer's consumer business as vice president of sales and marketing in Mexico.
Mark has a B.A. from Montclair State University and has taught seminars in new product development, brand management skills, sales force development, international market penetration, and international brand strategies. Mark is conversant in Spanish and Italian.
