Role

Depending upon education and experience, you will join us as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. Additionally, on a more limited basis, we recruit Managers and Principals to fill specific needs. Professional Development

Among the significant investments we make in our people are training programs, professional coaching, formal mentoring, informal roundtables and opportunities for further development and networking through participation in conferences and industry events. Of course, the best and most effective development occurs on individual case teams, actively working with and learning from your colleagues.

Axia is a performance-based culture. As such, we believe in providing constructive, frequent and consistent feedback, including upward feedback for senior management. Formal reviews are conducted every six months, or at the conclusion of each case, whichever occurs first. During formal reviews, you and your manager will identify strengths and development areas, set goals and formulate an action plan.

Depending upon your education and experience, you will join us as an Associate Consultant Consultant, or Senior Consultant. On a more limited basis, we recruit Managers and Principals to fill specific needs. There is no typical timeline for career progression at Axia; you will advance according to your demonstrated ability. Promotions are not tied to an annual or any other regular cycle.
